My background

Jeff McHugh started Segue Development LLC back in 2001 to develop software and services for companies that required expertise in emerging technologies and software innovation.

My career includes long term projects/employment as a coder/developer/architect in NYC at companies such as Merrill Lynch, Simon & Schuster and Pearson Education as well as small innovative start-ups across the U.S. that specialized in areas that include: telecom, gaming, advertising, personalization, consumer electronics, manufacturing, healthcare, e-commerce.

What sets me apart?

Unlike many consultants found on lists, job boards and other sites, I have run an independent, self-sustaining consulting business that enjoys a long list of successful repeat clients.

I am not only an expert in a diverse set of technologies, I also have excellent communication and writing skills. Having worked for years with people starting and running their own companies, I understand all the challenges that come with it such as limited time, resources and market contraints.
